These terms apply to anyone booking or attending a class, trial or session run by Champion Gymnastics York ("the Club"). By registering for or attending a session, you agree to the terms below.
Fees & Payment
Fees are payable in advance to secure a place and are calculated on a pro-rata basis where a family joins partway through a term.
Cancellations & Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, except where a session is cancelled by the Club. Where a session cannot go ahead for reasons outside the Club's responsibility — for example adverse weather, venue closure, or other circumstances beyond our control — fees remain non-refundable, and the Club will make every reasonable effort to rearrange the affected session.
Class Places & Waiting Lists
Places are offered on a first-paid, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been received. Where a class is full, families may be added to a waiting list and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
Health, Safety & Conduct
- Parents/guardians must inform the Club of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or additional needs before their child attends a session.
- Coaches reserve the right to remove a child from a session where their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
- Photography or filming during sessions is only permitted with the Club's consent, in line with our safeguarding responsibilities to all children present.
Changes to Classes
The Club reserves the right to change class times, coaches, or venues where reasonably necessary, and will give as much notice as possible.
